Build a Business That Feels Like a World

12 Week World Builder Residency

Just like artists join residencies to get out of their daily context so their work can take shape, this 12-week online residency is designed to shake up your usual rhythm so your business or idea has space to take shape.

The point of this residency is momentum. By the end, you will have something tangible to share, talk about, or invite people into. GOT QUESTIONS? DM ME ON IG.

What these 16 people taught me about momentum

In January, I ran a 6-week sprint for people who wanted to create their own thing.

The objective was to create something you could invite people into by the end of the 6 weeks.

35 people joined.

By the end, 16 people had something ready to launch.

I was proud of what everyone achieved... but it got me thinking: What would it take for 100% of people to launch something?

To be clear, those who weren’t ready to launch didn’t fail.

They left with clarity on what it would take to get something live next time.

Some realised they needed to carve out more time for “their thing” versus trying to squeeze it into their already busy lives.

Others realised they weren’t willing to cut corners for the sake of a deadline (whether that was design or even their own sense of readiness / confidence.)

The real takeaway for me was this:

When you give yourself a timeframe and a new environment, you start to see what momentum actually requires of you.

Even if you don’t launch something, you still get to see:

where you stall,

where you get in flow

& what you avoid

And next time, you can plan accordingly.

This residency is designed to interrupt the patterns that stop you building.

  • Making “the thing” you want to build too big so that it becomes overwhelming… which means you don’t follow through.

  • Creating really elaborate plans that make your “thing” feel really far away. We often add extra steps and invent imaginary options that aren’t actually available to us when we want to stall.

  • We wait until a feeling of “readiness”, but feeling ready is a byproduct of doing stuff, so it is a paradox to wait until you feel ready.

  • If we’ve spent a lot of time in corporate, we’re used to having someone give us permission and a deadline, so we don’t move without that.

What Happens Across 12 Weeks

This residency is designed to interrupt the patterns that get in the way of you creating momentum. It includes 1:1 attention and reflection so that you get the support you need, as well as protected creative space to build.

👯 x6 1:1 Touch Points with Niamh
These check-ins are a space to personalise the work to you, simplify what you’re building, and identify the next irreversible move you could make to create momentum. You will walk me through your thinking, what you are building, where you are stuck, and what matters most right now.

✍️ x6 Quarantine Sessions
Every two weeks, we interrupt your usual rhythm and make protected space to work on building your world for two hours alongside other founders, artists and creators doing the same. We’ll ground at the beginning, I’ll share something to make you feel inspired, and will be online if you need to jump into a breakout room to find focus if you’re spinning your wheels.

💭 x12 Weekly Things To Shape Your World
Each week, you’ll receive something small… an idea, a question, a short piece of writing. Not overwhelming. Just enough to shift how you see what you’re building and open up a new way of thinking about it.

🧭 The Arc of the Work
Over 12 weeks, your attention is naturally guided to move across the 5 pillars of world building.

  • Character → how you relate to what you’re building

  • Citizens → who you’re naturally designed to build for

  • Core → what gives your world substance and gravity

  • Landscape → the surface area of your world

  • Residency → what you invite people into

🌐 Investment :
Pilot Pricing: €950
(payment plan available on request)

This is a one-time offer for this cohort only. Future cohorts will be €1500+ with less 1:1 touch points.

The content is complete and I have carefully considered the format. But it is a pilot, meaning I am going to be very hands on in order to refine the experience based on real feedback as we go. So, I’d love this first group to be made up of people who are up for being part of that process and willing to share openly about their experience.

By the end of the 12 weeks, you will have:

  • something tangible to share, sell, or invite people into.

  • a clearer sense of what your ‘world’ is and who it is for.

  • a clearer sense of your unique point of view, story, and sense of direction.

  • a better understanding of what is actually needed to move your work forward

And if your thing is not fully live yet, you will at least know what is still in the way and what needs to happen next.

Why create this?

I’ve spent my working life looking for ways to make a living that feeds me creatively, financially, emotionally and spiritually.

For a long time, I felt caught between two worlds: the strategic world of business and marketing, and the more intuitive world of creativity, personal growth, and manifestation.

Both worlds served me in different ways - one supported me financially, and the other made me feel creative and alive.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with over 500+ founders, entrepreneurs, and creators across Europe and the US helping them find the language, structure, and direction for what they’re building.

This World Builder Residency comes from that intersection: strategy, storytelling, psychology, and the deeper work of building something that actually feels true to you.

The people in my world tend to have incredible ideas and a real desire to make them real, while also building a life that is free and worth living. If you want to ask if this feels like a fit for you, feel free to DM me on Instagram.

FAQs

Who is this for? Is it for me?

1

1. The person building alongside a successful career

You’ve done well in a more traditional path. But there’s a business, project, or body of work that you want to create, and it keeps getting pushed to the side when the rest of your life is already full. I built on the side for years before I went full-time on the work I actually cared most, and have helped many others through that transition, so I know what it takes.

2. The founder who has already built something

You already have something in motion, but you sense the way you’re building could be easier, clearer, and more intuitive. Your environment really influences the way you work, and tend to well around other smart, capable people. You want the shortcuts and are committed to your “thing” being a success.

Is this for me if I’m not ready to launch something big?

2

Yes. The goal is momentum toward something tangible. That might mean a live offer, a clearer invitation, a sharper body of work, or a more grounded next step.

Will I connect with other people in the group?

3

Yes. I’ll also be making introductions and matching people where it feels useful, especially when I think two people should know each other.

What happens if I miss a live Quarantine Session?

4

You’ll receive the materials and relevant recordings. If you can’t join live, the alternative is to create your own 2-hour protected space that week and report back on what you did during that time.

Is this for me if I already have something underway?

5

Yes. This is as much for people refining and shaping existing work as it is for people bringing something new into form.

How much time will I need each week?

6

Around 2.5 hours per week for the sessions plus a little space to engage with the weekly prompt.
